Ryusuke Higo (比護 隆佑 ,Higo Ryuusuke), is a soccer player for Big Osaka.
Originally a member of the Noir Tokyo team with his half-brother Rikuo Endo, he transferred once it was revealed that Noir had just exploited him. For this reason, he has become an empathic role model for Ai Haibara.

Hooligan's Labyrinth (Manga: 344-346, Anime: 279-280)Edit
Higo's situation in soccer closely mirrors Haibara's situation with the Black Organization, which makes her take a special interest in him . He is considered a "traitor" by fans, for going from one team to another, and even fans of his own team boo at him when he makes mistakes. Conan tells Haibara that there is a reason Higo left Noir Tokyo. Noir Tokyo only let his brother, Endo, whose been performing badly join as bait. Their real goal was to get Higo to join their team. Upon learning the truth, Higo left Noir Tokyo and joined Big Osaka; where Endo was coaching.
The Crisis Beckoned by the Red OmenEdit

Higo is unable to play in the game due to a yellow card. This is later becomes a hint of a man attempting suicide. The man claims he is going to Osaka to see Higo play in the game, but doesn't know Higo won't be playing.
Kite-Flying Competition (Manga: 885)Edit
In a TV interview broadcast during the Kite-Flying Competition Murder Case he reveals he attended the same high school Yoko Okino did.
Higo comments on they way Conan plays soccer is similar to Shinichi Kudo, not knowing they are the same person.
Flower of FantasistaEdit
Higo asks middle schooler Shinichi to join him and his brother Rikuo Endo in Noir Tokyo after seeing Shinichi's outstanding soccer skills but Shinichi refuses.
